Carex Evergold is a variegated mix of chartreuse and gold colourings.
Carex Evergold forms denseley tufted, spilling tussocks of slender foliage that shimmers in the slightest of breezes. Grows to about 30cm tall and 50cm wide.
Carex Evergold enjoys full sun or part shade and thrives in moist, fertilse, well drained soil. For the best foliage colour, plant in part shade. This graceful plant is perfect for beds, borders, rock gardens, cottage gardens or as ground cover. An excellent choice to brighten shady areas, Carex Evergold also does well in containers. Cut out any dead leaves in summer. Generally disease free, just watch for aphids.
