Beetroot Super King forms attractive globe shaped roots, with tender flesh and a sweet, slightly earthy taste. Superb slowly roasted, used in relish, fresh salads, or as the ultimate in burger ingredients.
Sow direct where they are to grow or in trays of Yates Black Magic Seed Raising Mix. When seedlings are 3-5cm tall, separate clustered seedlings and transplant.
Grow in a sunny well-drained position.
Great companion plant for Beans, broccoli, lettuce, onions, pototoes and peas. Pick young leaves and add to salad mixes.
