Young white mustard leaves, with their peppery, tangy flavour, add a zingy fresh dimension to salads, and really make a dish sing as a garnish. Quick and easy to grow, mustard is ideal grown in pots for baby salad greens, or indoors as a microgreen. If grown indoors, turn daily towards light to ensure even rate of growth. Cut with scissors just above ground level when plants have developed leaves. Taller plants will have a stronger flavour. Germination 6 - 10 days | Maturity 4 - 6 weeks
