Cabbage Chinese Blues is a mild flavoured and versatile vegetable with dense, barrel-shaped heads. Very quick growing and slow to bolt variety. Great in stir-fries and salads and an excellent source of vitamin C.
Sow seed thinly, 10mm deep in rows 30cm apart. Sow directly into a well-prepared seedbed. Thin seedlings to 30cm apart when large enough to handle. Harvest 8-10 weeks from sowing when heads feel solid
Sow Spring to early Summer, Autumn to Spring in warmest areas.
