Lamb's Lettuce Mache

Delicate, nutty flavoured Lamb’s Lettuce is a favourite in French and Italian cuisine. Use it raw in salads, or steamed and served as a vegetable. A superb cool weather salad ingredient, Lamb's Lettuce is packed with vitamin C, beta-carotene, iron, and potassium.

Sow direct into the garden or in pots. Cover with Yates Black Magic Seed Raising Mix, firm down and keep moist. Grow in Sun or semi-shade. Pick leaves from early stages. Plants will continue to grow and can be repeat harvested.
