Golden Beetroot is bred for a lovely honey-gold colour, fine texture and a delicious, subtly sweet flavour. And, they don't stain like traditional red beets! They taste amazing caramelised in the oven, or you can add them to salads and soups. Excellent to harvest as baby beets; leaves are delicious steamed like spinach or added raw to salads.
Sow direct where they are to grow or in trays. When 3-5cm tall, separate clustered seedlings and transplant. Grow in a sunny well-drained position.
