Rich in vitamins and minerals that are essential for maintaining a healthy immune system, these fruits are the best to grow for an unlimited supply of vitamins, to keep your immune system strong this winter:
Apples
Apples are not only sweet and crunchy but are also beneficial to your health. These gems are known to be rich in nutrients such as Vitamin A, Vitamin E, fiber, and antioxidants. These components can help to regulate our immune responses and protect us from seasonal infections and virus attacks.
Grapes
Luckily for us, grapes are available all year round. They are especially good for your immune system as they are rich in anti-oxidants.
