• 2 cups of loosely packed baby spinach (about two handfuls)
  • 2 cups of blueberries (you can add strawberries, raspberries, blackberries as well, try fresh or frozen ones)
  • 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt.
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 cup of ice (optional)

Combine all in a blender and blend!!
