- 1 (25 x 25cm) puff pastry sheet
- 2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- Honey, to serve
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cut four 12cm circles from the pastry and place on a lightly buttered baking tray.
- Place the apples, overlapping, on top of the pastry. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the pastry is crisp and golden. To serve, drizzle with honey.
