Apple Galette

Ingredients

  • 1 (25 x 25cm) puff pastry sheet
  • 2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • Honey, to serve

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cut four 12cm circles from the pastry and place on a lightly buttered baking tray.
  2. Place the apples, overlapping, on top of the pastry. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the pastry is crisp and golden. To serve, drizzle with honey.
