Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 400g brussels sprouts
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Combine brussels sprouts, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a roasting pan and leave for a couple of minutes to season.
  2. Roast at 180 degrees turning occasionally for 15 minutes or until the sprouts are tender and caramelised.
