Cool down with these delicious fruity iceblocks!


  • 4½ cups chopped peaches (leave the skins on)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • ¼ cup maple syrup

To make

  1. In a blender, whizz together the peaches and vanilla until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut cream and maple syrup until thoroughly combined.
  3. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of the cream mixture into each ice pop mould, top with the peach mixture and gently mix to create a swirl effect.
  4. Insert stick and freeze until solid.
