Palmers Perfect Roasted Broccoli
We think broccoli’s reputation as a boring vegetable is unfair! Our roasted broccoli recipe makes the perfect healthy side dish, or addition to any meal, it’s also super easy to make!
Ingredients:
- Broccoli (as much as you like)
- Olive Oil (use just enough oil to fully coat the broccoli with no dripping or pooling on the baking sheet)
- Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 230*C
- Trim the broccoli into small bite sized florets.
- Pop broccoli onto a baking sheet, drizzle olive oil on top.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
- Toss to coat well.
- Ensure broccoli is in a single layer on the baking sheet and place in oven for approx 15 minutes (or until the edges are slightly charred and crispy)
- Enjoy!
