Palmers Perfect Roasted Broccoli

We think broccoli’s reputation as a boring vegetable is unfair! Our roasted broccoli recipe makes the perfect healthy side dish, or addition to any meal, it’s also super easy to make!

Ingredients:

  • Broccoli (as much as you like)
  • Olive Oil (use just enough oil to fully coat the broccoli with no dripping or pooling on the baking sheet)
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 230*C
  2. Trim the broccoli into small bite sized florets.
  3. Pop broccoli onto a baking sheet, drizzle olive oil on top.
  4. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
  5. Toss to coat well.
  6. Ensure broccoli is in a single layer on the baking sheet and place in oven for approx 15 minutes (or until the edges are slightly charred and crispy)
  7. Enjoy!
